I am Kelly Lashley, BSN, RN, U.S. Army Veteran and visionary of F&L Elite Healthcare Solutions LLC (‘F&L’). My journey as an emergency care nurse, through the fast-paced emergency room to steering a home health business reflects my commitment to the evolving healthcare solutions and patient-centered care.
With more than a decade in the healthcare field, I have a passion for providing quality healthcare, leadership skills and commitment to improving patient outcomes. As a front-liner with hands-on understanding of patient care, I bring a holistic perspective to our business operations, ensuring that every aspect of our services aligns with the highest standards of quality and empathy; I understand what it means to rely on and trust the healthcare person standing over you; trusting that they will care for you in your most vulnerable state. It is my duty to ensure that every life my team encounters will be transformed in a positive light and that every encounter leaves every client feeling secured and with a peace of mind.
